When I started with dōTERRA my body was in a weaker state after having an early term miscarriage. I found myself needing a knee brace every three months as my body naturally goes through its detox cycle, regardless of how much stretching and yoga I did. I wasn’t a complete mess, I had already accomplished a lot of self-healing through Reiki, Yoga and Meditation that had turned a seemingly lost hormonal situation around to being able to become pregnant, and knew I needed to add more modalities.
