You may already know the pattern
You can be intelligent, self-aware, capable, and deeply committed to growth—and still find yourself reacting from the same old decisions when the pressure is real.
You know what you want to say, yet you over-explain, shrink, stay silent, or leave the conversation feeling unheard and misunderstood.
Old decisions, emotional responses, relationship dynamics, and limiting beliefs keep returning—even when you can clearly see they are not serving you.
You work harder, manage more, keep the peace, and hold it together for everyone else while your own needs, goals, and capacity get pushed aside.
A practical way to work with the pattern
It is not a personality test, a script, or a collection of communication tricks. NLP is a practical discipline for understanding how language, beliefs, internal representations, attention, emotional state, and behavior shape the results people create.
When you can recognize the structure beneath a pattern, you stop treating every reaction as random, permanent, or personal.
You begin to see what is happening. You gain language for it. You create more choice around it. And you learn practical processes for changing it.
That is the difference between knowing about transformation and becoming capable of creating it.
Architects for the Soul
Architects for the Soul trains people to understand the patterns shaping their lives, reclaim their capacity for choice, and create meaningful change with precision, intuition, and integrity.
Why conventional training often falls short
You can read the books, watch the videos, complete the worksheets, and understand the theory—then still find yourself unable to use it in a real conversation or a high-pressure moment.
Many approaches help you understand a pattern but do not give you a repeatable way to work with the beliefs, state, language, and unconscious responses sustaining it.
You do not become a Practitioner by collecting concepts. You become one by experiencing the processes, working with real people, and learning to notice what is happening in the moment.
The FasTrack method
FasTrack NLP is an immersive, seven-day live online Practitioner training. It is designed to move the work out of your notebook and into the way you observe, communicate, lead, coach, and live.
Understand the principles, language patterns, distinctions, and ethical foundations behind an NLP process.
Watch the process demonstrated so you can see its structure, sequence, and real-time application—not simply hear it explained.
Work with the process from the participant’s perspective and build an embodied understanding of what the technique is designed to create.
Guide structured processes with a partner, developing your language, presence, sensory acuity, and ability to follow a process ethically.
Take the work into your leadership, coaching, conversations, relationships, business, and personal development.
Across seven live online days, you learn the processes, experience them directly, practice them with others, and complete the training with four Practitioner-level certifications when you meet the program requirements.
The training
FasTrack brings four core modalities together in one focused, experiential live online training room.
Learn the foundations of NLP: rapport, sensory acuity, language, outcomes, strategies, beliefs, reframing, state, and practical change processes.
Learn the framework and processes used to work with emotional patterns, limiting decisions, and the internal organization of time and experience.
Develop an understanding of hypnotic language, trance processes, and respectful methods for working with the unconscious mind.
Bring NLP distinctions into coaching conversations that create clarity, responsibility, possibility, and forward movement.
At the end of the seven-day live online training, participants who meet the stated attendance, participation, practice, assessment, and applicable accrediting-body requirements receive the four Practitioner-level certifications. Training is educational in nature and does not promise personal, professional, financial, or health outcomes.
What becomes available
The aim is not to become someone else. It is to become more aware of your patterns, more flexible in your responses, and more congruent in the way you lead your life.
Say what you mean with greater confidence, communicate boundaries more cleanly, and feel more heard in the conversations that matter.
Recognize the beliefs, decisions, strategies, and internal representations influencing behavior—within yourself and others.
Build greater choice in your state so you can respond with more resourcefulness when conflict, pressure, or old triggers appear.
Set clearer goals and objectives, understand what drives action, and align your attention with the result you genuinely want to create.
Develop rapport, language precision, and communication flexibility while respecting autonomy, consent, and the other person’s right to choose.
Take a usable toolkit into coaching, leadership, client work, business, relationships, and your own ongoing personal development.
Who this is for
You do not need to arrive as a coach or therapist. You do need to be ready to participate, practice, reflect, and apply the work.
Ready for a deeper, more structured language for working with patterns, communication, and change.
Who want to communicate with more clarity, navigate people dynamics more effectively, and lead without carrying every outcome alone.
Who want stronger rapport, a better understanding of motivation, and more confidence in meaningful conversations.
Who are tired of repeating familiar patterns and want a practical framework for creating more freedom, congruence, and choice.
Founded by Catherine Powell
For seven years, Catherine Powell has built Architects for the Soul around a simple observation: people can understand their patterns and still remain trapped inside them.
She worked with intelligent, capable, deeply self-aware people who had read the books, attended the workshops, done the reflection, and often spent years trying to work on themselves. They could explain the pattern—yet under pressure, the old reaction returned.
Catherine saw people offered two incomplete paths: structure without depth, or insight without a practical way to create change in daily life. She refused to accept that people had to choose between intuition and structure.
Architects for the Soul brings rigorous NLP, intuitive intelligence, and practical change work together. The aim is not to make people dependent on a trainer, a coach, or an external authority. It is to help them understand the architecture of their own experience so they can create more choice.

Shane knows what it is like to keep his head down, work hard, look after everyone else, and keep his own struggles to himself—until the old way of coping stopped working.
He first trained as an NLP Practitioner in 2012 and returned to the work when he needed tools that did more than help him manage his patterns. Through immersive training, he learned how patterns are built and how they can be changed.
After completing Master Practitioner and Trainer’s Training in the Tad James lineage in 2025, Shane brings a grounded, direct, hands-on teaching style for people ready to stop studying change and start creating it.
He is graduating as an NLP Master Trainer in 2026, continuing his commitment to rigorous, immersive training and the development of capable, ethical Practitioners.
What participants experience
These are personal accounts of participants’ experiences. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including participation, context, and application.
Before the NLP Practitioner Course, I struggled to express myself, feel heard, and be understood in both my personal and professional relationships. Now I can express my opinions and thoughts effectively, recognize the limiting decisions that were shaping my everyday life, and set focused goals with clear objectives. I feel energetic, joyful, resilient, free, and far more confident.Julie · NLP Practitioner Course Participant
