Who I am

I'm Catherine Powell

Soul Architect, NLP Trainer, and Psychic Medium.

For decades, I’ve lived at the intersection of intuition and structure:

  • As an NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, I work with the unconscious mind and nervous system to safely change patterns at the root.

  • As a psychic medium, I read between the lines — the deleted information, survival strategies, and unspoken agreements you’ve been living inside of.

  • As a woman who’s been “the people-pleaser” and the caretaker, I know what it’s like to lose yourself inside everyone else’s needs.

I was featured on Lifetime’s America’s Psychic Challenge back in 2007, and over the years I’ve supported clients and students through breakthroughs, grief, identity crises, and big life pivots — not just to feel better for a weekend, but to actually live as the person they know they are.
